Become an Exhibitor at the Illinois Products Expo!

To be included as an exhibitor in the Illinois Products Expo, your company must headquarter, produce, package, or process your products in Illinois and do the following: 

  1. Complete the online exhibitor registration form including this information:
    1. Contact Info
    2. Name products to be exhibited/sampled/sold
    3. Public Health inspection questions
    4. Public Health inspection statement
    5. Requested booth size (10x10-$300 / 10x20-$600)
    6. Table Order (29" tall or 36" tall and how many)
    7. Describe your electrical requirements (devices and amps required)
    8. Calculate total registration fee owed 

  2. Pay the registration fee either online;

    Or by check made out to "IL Products Promotional Fund" and mailed to;

  3. Download, complete, sign, and return the Participation Agreement as required by law:  Illinois Product Expo 2017 Participation Form

  4. Provide a certificate of liability insurance naming the State of Illinois as an additional insured. (Minimum $1 million per occurrence, $2 million annual aggregate)

  5. Email a company logo for our promotional use to (optional)

No company can be registered as an exhibitor in the Illinois Products Expo until all of the above requirements are complete and approved by both show management and IL Dept of Public Health. Exhibitor participation and placement on the show floor are at the sole discretion of the IL Dept of Agriculture.
