Specialty Farm Product Buyers

The following list of buyers have registered with the Illinois Department of Agriculture to buy specialty farm products from Illinois producers. These products are defined as: unprocessed agricultural, horticultural and viticultural products of the soil and other agricultural products prescribed by the Department in rules, but shall not include fruits, grains, dairy products, livestock and meats, poultry and timber products. Commodities included in the rules are: sweet corn, snap beans, green peas, tomatoes, cucumbers, popcorn, potatoes and/or pumpkins. (Retail grocery merchants having a fixed or established place of business in Illinois are not required to register.)
