+ Registration: $10 per person, per workshop (No fee for the Carbondale Meeting)
+ Credit Card payment is only available when pre-registering on-line. Cash and Checks for all other methods of registration.

+ Agenda and travel instructions will be emailed to attendees prior to the workshop
