Forms are also in pdf format and can be filled out on-line, saved then printed and mailed.

Here are some of the show dates for the 2013 Illinois State Fair. Show dates not listed will be added as they are confirmed.

Society Horse Show - 1^st session August 6-10 and 2^nd session August 14-17
Junior Horse Show - July 23^rd - July 28^th
Western Horse Show - July 10 - 20^th
Miniature Horse Show - August 18^th

General (0.8 M)
This is your chance to show off your best agricultural, floricultural, textile, and dairy products, as well as, displaying your culinary skills and artistic talents. Hobbies, bee culture and philatelic areas are also competing for first prize. Don't forget to sign up for the boccie ball and horse shoe pitching under the special contest department.

Livestock (1.13 M)
For years, the Illinois State Fair has had the opportunity to showcase some of the best livestock in the country. This year is no exception. Livestock competition includes; beef cattle, dairy cattle, draft horses, llamas, goats, sheep, swine, poultry and rabbits as well as husband and hog calling.

Junior Livestock (1.4 M)
Juniors compete for cash, prizes and bragging rights. This is an opportunity for juniors to show off their beef and dair cattle, goats, sheep, swine, poultry, and rabbits. There is also the junior horse show, the dog show, 4-H Exhibits and the Land of Lincoln Breeders award.

Society Horse Show (0.96 M)
Horses, handlers, owners and breeds work together to showcase some of the finest example of skill, dedication and hard work. Competition starts August 6 - 10 and continues August 14 - 17, 2013. Don't miss this opportunity to compete.

Western Horse Show (0.48 M)
Don't miss your chance to compete in this years Western Horse Show, July 10 - 20, 2013.

Special Events (0.68 M)
Are you talented? Have and award winning smile? Or a quick or cute child? Here is your chance to shine. The special events office is looking for individuals and groups to show case their talents. Marching bands, floats, baton twirlers, runners, weightlighters, fiddle & banjo players as well as diaper decorations and derbies will be featured.
