  • Welcome to the DuQuoin State FairDuring its incredible 92-year history, how many times has the Du Quoin State Fair made a child laugh, smile, or look in awe at the things around them? How many children have loved this fair?

How many kisses have taken place at the top of the Ferris Wheel as the sight of the fair below caused couples to grow closer together? How many couples have loved this fair?

How many people - young or old - have fallen in love with the sights, sounds, and smells of the Du Quoin State Fair? How many people have loved this fair?

More importantly, how many people will love this fair in the future? Maybe it happens when they taste their first corndog (mustard only) or when their favorite entertainer throws them a guitar pick. Maybe it happens after they scream so hard on one of the carnival rides that they can't even talk afterwards. Whatever causes you to fall in love with the Du Quoin State Fair we hope that it's a long and lasting relationship between you and one of the greatest shows on earth. The one spot in Southern Illinois where a kid can be a kid and parents can be assured of family friendliness.

It's a place where seniors can dance and hard working men and women can let off some steam. It's a place where people meet, share a conversation, or enjoy the greatest concessions food in the nation. Welcome to the Du Quoin State Fair. If you've been here before, thank you so much for returning. If this is your first time, make yourself at home, have fun, I think you're going to love it!
